Create a free account, pick a name and a web address for your page, and you're in the editor. Add your links, drop in a contact form, choose a theme, then flip the Publish toggle in Settings. Share the address anywhere — Instagram bio, email signature, yard sign QR code.

When a visitor fills out a form on your page, the lead is emailed to your notify address (set per form, defaults to your account email) and saved in your form's inbox in the editor.

Up until the first time you publish, yes — it's editable in Settings. After your first publish it's locked permanently, so the links you've already shared never break.

Flip the Publish toggle off in your page's Settings tab — the public page returns a not-found immediately. To delete your whole account, use the Account page: your pages go offline right away and everything is permanently purged after 30 days.
