Perchpage is a free service from Client Keeper that lets real estate agents publish a simple link page and collect leads. By creating an account or using a Perchpage, you agree to these terms.

Everything you put on your page stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to people who visit your page — that's the minimum we need to run the service. You're responsible for what you publish: it has to be yours to publish, accurate, and legal.

Don't use Perchpage to spam, mislead, impersonate someone else, distribute malware, or do anything illegal. Don't scrape other people's pages or abuse the lead forms. We can unpublish pages or close accounts that break these rules — we'd rather not, so don't make us.

Your page address (the part after the slash) is locked once you first publish, so links you've shared keep working. Pick one you like. Slugs on deleted accounts return to the pool after the 30-day purge.

Perchpage is provided as-is, free of charge. We work to keep it fast and available, but we can't promise zero downtime, and we may change or discontinue features. If we ever plan to shut the service down, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can move your links.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Client Keeper isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of a free service. Leads submitted through your forms are relationships between you and your visitors — we deliver them, we don't vouch for them.
