Privacy policy

Perchpage is a free link-in-bio page for real estate agents, made by Client Keeper. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it — in plain language, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

If you create a page: your email address, password, display name, optional photo, and the content you put on your page (links, descriptions, form settings, theme choices).

If you fill out a form on an agent's page: whatever you type into that form — typically your name, contact details, and a message. That information goes to the agent who owns the page; we deliver it to them by email and store it so they can see it in their dashboard.

Automatically: a simple view count on published pages and basic request logs that keep the service running. We don't run ads and we don't sell data — to anyone, ever.

We use one cookie, and it's for signing you in. No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising pixels.

Only the services that make Perchpage work: our hosting provider (where the app and database run) and our email delivery provider (which sends login and lead notification emails). Form submissions are shared with the agent whose page you submitted them on — that's the whole point of the form.

You can delete your account from the Account page at any time. Your pages go offline immediately, every signed-in session is ended, and your data is permanently purged after 30 days. If you submitted a form on an agent's page and want that submission removed, contact the agent — it's their lead — or reach us and we'll help.
